I ordered a resin unicorn wine holder. I was told there would be a delay originally, which is fine.

Was a present for Christmas and did arrive just in time (after over 10 weeks from my order date), however it was smashed to pieces. Absolutely destroyed. Clearly the postage was somewhat to blame, but no fragile stickers or anything on the box, and not super well protected inside. Regardless, attempted to email twice to rectify, and received generic emails that they would return email in 48 hours.

Waited 12 days before sending second email. Now has been another two weeks.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
